Sunt Gabriel Bălan, antreprenor în serie, îndrăgostit de arta de a face lucrurile să se întâmple și a le pune în mișcare. După cum vei afla, sunt co-fondator rEVOLUTION Media, The Circle Global, Agende Altfel, Citysport și multe alte businessuri. În procesul ăsta, mi-am dat seama că visul meu e să creez un mindset centrat pe responsabilitate 100% și astfel am creat comunitatea Rich Mindset care să inspire milioane de tineri să își îndeplinească cele mai îndrăznețe visuri. Pentru că împreună putem face totul mai bine și mai cool și tot procesul e mai mișto dacă împărtășim această experiență și, de asemenea, dacă ne împingem reciproc spre a ne depăși limitele. Fiindcă, să fim realiști, e super când ajungi ”în vârf”, dar te vei simți singur dacă te afli acolo… doar tu cu tine

Prima oprire a călătoriei mele a fost să descopăr plăcerea de a lucra cu oamenii și să-i potrivesc cu mașina visurilor lor.

De la afacerile tradiționale la social media

O mică afacere devine cunoscută în întregul oraș Roma a coincis cu momentul în care am decis să folosesc Hi5 și Facebook pentru a promova compania, ceea ce a accelerat creșterea acesteia.

Începe o revoluție

Nimic nu te poate opri atunci când știi ce te pasionează și aceasta a fost fraza cheie când am început rEVOLUTION în Germania, pe baza experienței și cunoștințelor pe care le aveam până în acel moment.

O pasiune care nu cunoaște granițe

Chiar dacă am decis să mă mut înapoi în România, am ales să-mi aduc pasiunea cu mine. Astfel, conceptul din spatele rEVOLUTION a fost adus pentru a ajuta companiile de aici, chiar dacă o parte din activitate a continuat la Hanovra.

Cerul este limita

Când toată lumea punea lacătul pe ușă, rEVOLUTION Media era în plină expansiune! La scurt timp după înființarea companiei în România, visul meu a început să devină realitate: am ajuns la peste 20 de colaboratori și am gestionat cu succes peste 450 de proiecte în întreaga lume.

”If you wake up, you better show up” se spune, iar dacă tot faci asta, asigură-te că dai 100% fiindcă, ține minte, acolo, afară, e întotdeauna cineva care e și mai motivat, și mai dornic ca tine să reușească.

Do you know how people working in corporations talk about “being a family” at work? Well, within the rEVO team, this is true, it’s not something to be used in job descriptions just for catfishing new people into joining the team. But the reality is, there are no words to describe what is like to be part of this tribe Gabriel created. I do believe it is the only place where “the sky is the limit” becomes true. As the mastermind behind it, he is the all-in-one man: a true leader, a source of inspiration, the man who has all the answers, the one always ready to help you, to teach you, push your limits, and support you to discover your whole potential. On top of that, he is a true friend and a great mentor. There is no problem in this world for all the solutions he’s ready to find at any moment. 😀 It's enough to be around him for a while, and you will learn what it takes to follow your passion and turn it into a successful story.

Gabriel is that person who, when it comes to achieving a goal, whether it's personal, business related or anything else, he won't stop until he achieves it. Since I started working with Gabriel some time ago, everything I knew before about what success means and the work behind it has been sponged away, set on fire, thrown in the trash, because he helped me really find out what is "behind the curtain".
